(Creston) A Creston man faces drug, alcohol, and alcohol charges in Union County.
Police arrested 37-year-old on Thursday at Union/Pine St. with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Intent Manufacture/Deliver Meth over 5g Under 5kg, Interference with Official Acts, Driving with a suspended license, Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp – 7 or more grams, Operating under the Influence 1st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Offense, Possession of Contraband On or in a Correction Facility – No Weapon, and Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd offense.
Police say that while serving time in the Union County Jail, he was served Three Union County Warrants (at 6:45 pm on the same date) for Possession of Controlled Substance—3rd Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance—2nd Offense, and Possession of Controlled Substance—Marijuana—1st Offense. Woollums was taken to the Union County Jail, where he is being held on a bond of $59,000.

Rhonda Jane Thompson, 55, of Corning, Iowa, was arrested at 302 N Pine Street on a Union County Warrant of OWI 1st Offense. Thompson was taken to the Union County Jail and released after posting a $1,000 bond.
Steven Shane Mills, 22, of Creston, was arrested at 404 South Vine Street for having an Animal at Large. Mills was cited and released on a promise to appear.
