(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department reports the arrest of 18-year-old Cylis Daniel Johnson of Red Oak at approximately 5:40 p.m. on Saturday. Johnson was taken into custody in the 400 block of North 2nd Street on a charge of 5th Degree Criminal Mischief. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail, with bond set at $300.
