Man Jailed in Montgomery County on Sex Abuse Charges

(Red Oak) A man is in custody in the Montgomery County Jail on charges of sex abuse.

Police arrested 22-year-old Seth Houser on Wednesday on a warrant for 3rd – degree sexual Abuse and enticing a minor under the age of 16.

Officers transported Houser to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $15,000 cash bond.
