(Creston) Creston Police arrested three people in separate incidents.
*Police arrested 52-year-old Rusty Ray Turner, of Creston, early this morning for OWI, 1st Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd or subsequent offense, x2, and an outside warrant for violating his probation. Officers transported Turner to the Union County Jail and held him on no bond until a magistrate judge could see him,
Creston Police arrested 51-year-old Shannon Renee Abell of New Virginia, Iowa, early this morning for possession of a controlled substance marijuana 1st offense, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), 1st offense, x 2. Authorities cited Abell and released her on a promise to appear.
Creston Police arrested 68-year-old Jeffrey Lynn Bandow of Creston on Thursday at his residence for a parole violation. Officers transported him to the Union County Jail and held Bandow on no bond.
