Polk County Man arrested for Harassment

(Creston) A Polk County man faces charges following his arrest at 1700 Townline in Creston on Thursday.

Creston Police arrested 21-year-old Rowan Davis Pope, of Des Moines, at 11:44 a.m. on a charge of 3rd-Degree Harassment.

Police transported Pope to the Union County Jail, and held him until a Magistrate could see him.
