(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people on drug charges and two people for OWI.
Gene Christopher Reed, 51, of Atlantic, on February 17th for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Reed was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held on bond.
Sherrece Patricia Kilgore, 39, of Orient, was arrested on February 19th on two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Kilgore was transported to the Cass County Jail and was later released on bond.
Kathleen Patricia Laehle, 55, of Griswold, was arrested on February 17th for OWI 1st Offense. Laehle was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on her own recognizance.
Christian Monreal Sempek, 30, of Elliott, was arrested on February 22nd for OWI 1st Offense. Sempek was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
