(Creston) Creston Police report seven arrests over the weekend.
On February 21,
*Joyce Louise McCubbin, 78, 819 Quiet Harbor, was arrested at 806 Laurel St. McCubbin was charged with Theft 5th. McCubbin was cited and released on a promise to appear.
*David Junior Richman, 44, 807 W Summit St, was arrested at 807 W Summit St. Richman was charged with a Union County Warrant of Possession of a controlled substance 3rd offense and Possession of drug paraphernalia. Richman was taken to the Union County Jail, where he is being held on a bond of $5,300.
*Jayden Ronald Vernon Peavler, 21, 504 N Palm St, was arrested at Laurel/Hwy 34. Peavler was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana 1st. Peavler was taken to the Union County Jail, where he later bonded out on a bond of $1,000.
On February 22:
*Donnajo Michelle Aunspach, 56, 701 N Cherry St, was arrested at Cherry/Irving. Aunspach was charged with Driving Suspended and OWI – 1st Offense. Aunspach was taken to the Union County Jail, where she later bonded out on a bond of $1,000.
*Savannah Irene McVay, 800 W Adams St, was arrested at 610 N Birch St. McVay was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense Causing Bodily Injury and Criminal Mischief 3rd. McVay was taken to the Union County Jail, where she was released of her cognizance. Gary Steven McVay, 45, was charged with Violation of No Contact Order. McVay was taken to the Union County Jai,l where he was later released of his own Cognizance.
On February 23:
*Tara Lynn Mickael, 36, 301 S Pine St was arrested at W Union/New York Ave. Mickael was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine, 1st Offense, and Intent to Manufacture/Deliver Meth over 5g Under 5kg. Mickael was taken to the Union County Jail, where she is being held on a bond of $26,000.
