(Des Moines) Richard Elmer Steil, convicted of Burglary 1st Degree and Assault on Peace Officers in Polk County, failed to report back to the Fort Des Moines Bldg. 68 as required yesterday.
Steil is a 46-year-old, 6’3″, White male. He was admitted to the work release facility on Oct. 21, 2024.
