(State) — Just as we finish digging out from Wednesday’s storm, more snow is forecast for tomorrow and Saturday.
“There will be some moderate to heavy snow Friday afternoon and then generally a lighter snow then continuing Friday night and through much of the day on Saturday. Along and north of Interstate 80 up towards Highway 20 it would be two to five inches across that area,” said Meteorologist Dave Cousins with the National Weather Service.
Cousins said south of Interstate 80 could see a wintry mix of precipitation. One to two inches of snow is possible.
Wind Chills of 16 below to 30 below will be common during the overnight and early morning hours from Sunday through much of next week.
