(Creston) Creston Police report an alcohol-related arrest and another for possession of drugs.
Police arrested 54-year-old Carl Walter Degonia, of Creston, on Saturday at Howard and Vine Street for public intoxication. Officers transported Degonia to the Union County Jail. Authorities released him after he posted the $300.00 cash bond.
Creston police arrested 41-year-old John Emanuel Jupiter of West Burlington, Iowa, at 102 W. Taylor Street for possession of a controlled substance, Marijuana, 1st offense. Officers transported Jupiter to the Union County Jail. Authorities released him after he posted the $500.00 bond.
