(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports five arrests and two citations between January 26th and February 1st.
Rebekah Raelyn Moon, 45, was arrested on January 26th for OWI 2nd Offense. Moon was taken to the Union County Jail where she later posted bond of $2,000.
Danny Paul Hacker, 73, was arrested on January 31st for OWI 1st Offense and Interference with Official Acts. Hacker was taken to the Union County Jail where he later posted bond of $1,300.
John William Egly, 18, was arrested on February 1st for OWI 1st Offense. Egly was taken to the Union County Jail where he posted bond of $1,000.
Brandy Dawn Scheurmann, 47, was arrested on February 1st for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While Suspended, and Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Offense. Scheurmann was taken to the Union County Jail where she later posted bon of $5,300.
Trevor Alan Miller, 34, was arrested on February 1st for OWI 1st Offense. Miller was taken to the Union County Jail where he was later released on his own recognizance.
Becky Ann Bochniak, 42, was cited and released on January 31st for Driving While Suspended and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Toby Annette Crawford, 47, was cited and released on January 31st for Driving While Revoked.In other activity, Creston Tobacco, of 600 W Taylor Street, reported they had various vape products stolen from the store. The estimated value of the stolen goods is under $300.
