(Red Oak) Montgomery County Deputies arrested 31-year-old Devon Briggs of Corning, Iowa, on Friday following an investigation into a single-vehicle accident on December 13, 2024, on Highway 34 near Highway 71. Authorities transported Briggs to the Montgomery County Jail and charged him with OWI 1st Offense.
In a separate case, Montgomery County Deputies arrested 38-year-old Ryan Wells of Bronson, Kansas, for an active Montgomery County Warrant. Wells was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was booked and held on a charge of OWI 3rd Offense.
