(Creston) Creston Police were busy over the weekend. The Department’s latest arrest report includes seven arrests.
*Creston Police arrested 22-year-old Christopher Gage Selvy, of Creston, at 404 S Elm St. Selvy, for Driving on a Revoked License and Driving Revoked-Operation W/out Interlock Device. Selvy was cited and released on a promise to appear.
*Creston Police on Saturday arrested 43-year-old Angel Jean Davis of Creston at 302 N. Pine Street for OWI-1st offense. Officers transported Davis to the Union County Jail, where she was released after posting the $1,000 bond.
*Creston Police on Saturday arrested 45-year-old Lela Ann Churchwell of Creston at 205 N Division Street on a Union County Warrant for Failure to appear for public intoxication. Churchwell was released to the Union County Jail, where she posted the $300.00 bond.
*Police arrested 42-year-old Nickolas Allen Treanor, of Creston, at 302 N Pine Street for Possession of a controlled substance, Marijuana 1st. Treanor was taken to the Union County Jail. Authorities released him on a $1,00 bond.
*Creston Police arrested 19-year-old Austin James Breuklander and 22-year-old Abby Joan Woodruff, both from St Eagleville, Missouri, on Saturday at Walnut/Howard Street. Breuklander was charged with possessing drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a controlled substance, Marijuana 1st. Breuklander was taken to the Union County Jail, where he later posted the $1,300 bond and was released. Abby Woodruff was charged with Possession of a controlled substance, Marijuana 1st, Possession of a controlled substance, 1st Off, and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. Authorities released Woodruff on a $2,300 bond.
*On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 18-year-old Tanner James Richardson, of Tingley, at 302 N Pine Street Richardson, for Possessing and Purchasing Alcohol by a Person under the legal age. Richardson was taken to the Union County Jail and released after posting the $1,400 bond.
