(Des Moines) The National Weather issued a Cold Weather Advisory from 3:00 a.m. to noon on Sunday. The forecast is for wind chill values to dip as low as 20 to 33 below zero for most of Iowa. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in under 30 minutes. Wind chill values may fall to similar levels again on Monday and Tuesday mornings. Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
