(Creston) The Creston Police Department arrested 38-year-old Melissa Kay Stephenson, of Leon, and 40-year-old Santos Olivera-Martinez, of Creston, on drug charges.
Stephenson was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) 1st Offense, and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st. Stephenson was taken to the Union County Jail where she was held on $2,300 bond. Olivera-Martinez was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) 1st Offense. Martinez was taken to the Union County Jail where he was held on $1,300 bond.
In other activity, 32-year-old Ashely Dawn Vandel was arrested on January 6th for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Vandel was taken to the Union County Jail where she later posted $300 bond.
Jordyn Dell Lavola Swanson, 39, was arrested on January 5th for Interference with Official Acts, Public Intoxication, and Disorderly Conduct – Loud Raucous Noise. Swanson was taken to the Union County Jail where she was later released on her own recognizance.
Charles Leon Harris, 55, was arrested on January 3rd on a Union County warrant for Failure to Appear – OWI 1st Offense. Harris was taken to the Union County Jail where he later posted bond of $1,000.
Paul Reymond Harpin, 30, was arrested on January 4th for OWI 1st Offense. Harpin was taken to the Union County Jail where he later posted bond of $1,000.
