(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office released their report from December 13th through December 26th.
Jackson Sally, 24, of Atlantic, was arrested December 26th on warrants for Violation of Probation. Sally was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Donald Worth, 60, of Lewis, was arrested December 22nd for Driving while Barred. Worth was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
Daphne Doyle, 45, of Bridgewater, was arrested December 21st on the charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Doyle was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on her own recognizance.
Dawn Theisen, 44, of Atlantic, was arrested December 20th on a warrant for Violation of a No Contact Order. Theisen was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on her own recognizance.
Shantell Michaels, 19, of Atlantic, was arrested December 16th on a warrant for Violation of a No Contact Order. Michaels was taken to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on bond.
Ryan Juhl, 37, of Atlantic, was arrested December 13th on warrants for Sex Offender Registry Violation(s). Juhl was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
