(Midwest) — The roads will continue to be busy across the Midwest between now and New Year’s.
Brian Ortner with Triple-A says nine-point-one-million people are expected to travel 50 miles or more for the holidays in the Midwest region. Ortner adds Triple A’s Tow-to-Go program is currently active offering free rides home to people who may be impaired within ten miles of their destination. That service will run until 6 a.m. on January 2nd.
