(Des Moines, IA) — One person is hurt after a shooting in Iowa’s capital. Des Moines police say they were called out on a report of shots fired last night near the six-thousand block of Creston Avenue. The person had to be taken to the hospital but their condition is unknown. Investigators explained there is no ongoing threat to the community but didn’t say if any arrests were made in the shooting.
