(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Deputies arrested 29-year-old Jeffrey Whitt of Villisca on Thursday in the 400 block of 5th Street in Villisca on an active Adams County Warrant for Failure to appear on an original charge of Public Intoxication. Authorities transported Whitt to the Adams County Jail and held him on a $300 bond.
Deputies arrested 37-year-old Jennifer Holz of Red Oak in the 100 block of Coolbaugh Street on Thursday on an active warrant for a probation violation. Holz is held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
Montgomery County Communications, early this morning, dispatched Deputies to Cubby’s for a theft report. This led to the arrest of 35-year-old Holly Irene Gross of Red Oak. Gross faces charges of 5th–degree theft. She is held on a $300.00 bond.
