(Des Moines) Republican governors in 26 states, including Iowa, say they are ready to assist incoming President Trump in mass deportation of illegal immigrants who pose a threat to the community. In a statement posted on the Republican Governors’ Association website, the governors say they will use the state’s National Guard and law enforcement to support Trump’s efforts to deport dangerous criminals, gang members, and terrorists who are in the United States illegally.
