(Pottawattamie Co) The Pottawattamie County Board of Supervisors approved signing the Safe Streets For All Grant Safety Pledge.
County Engineer John Rasmussen explained, about a year ago the counties got together to do a federal grant to write safety plans.
The pledge supports the strategies outlined in Iowa’s Five-Year Strategic Highway Safety Plan and the overall vision of Zero Fatalities on Iowa’s public roadways.
