(Bondurant, Iowa) A Des Moines area construction worker is suing his former employer and contractors after being buried alive on the job. Trevor Kilgore says he worked at the bottom of an improperly dug 12-foot-deep trench when the walls caved in. He says his head, shoulder, arm, back, pelvis, and leg were crushed, and he still has PTSD from being buried alive in the dirt.
