(Adair Co) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43-year-old Kiley Marie Hannan, of Bridgewater, on November 26th on a warrant for Theft 2nd Degree Against an Older Individual – Over $1,500, but under $10,000, and Burglary 3rd Degree.
According to the report, on November 20th, Hannan had stopped at a residence and asked to use an air compressor to put some air in her tire. During that time, she asked to use the restroom at the victim’s residence. After allegedly using the restroom, Hannan put air in a tire and left. Later that evening, the victim was getting ready for bed and noticed jewelry scattered all over her bedroom floor. The victim noticed she was missing a 14k yellow gold pendant with one round, brilliant cut diamond weighing 1.09 cts. The pendant is valued at $4,150. On November 22nd, law enforcement conducted a search warrant at Hannan’s residence. A small black bag was located in Hannan’s purse that contained an assortment of earrings, including two that did not have a matching pair. The victim advised that she recognized all of the items that were in the bag and that she also had the matching earrings. A warrant was then issued for Hannan’s arrest.
Hannan was held in the Adair County Jail on $10,000 cash only bond.
In other activity, the Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old James Edwin Lee Jr., of Fontanelle, following a traffic stop on November 30th. Lee was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st. Bond was set at $1,300 cash or surety.
