(Harlan) The Harlan City Council held a special meeting Wednesday afternoon and approved the Kirkham Michael Professional Services Engineering Agreement for the airport apron expansion improvement project.
The proposed project will increase the apron size at the Airport by approximately 3,800 square yards to meet FAA requirements.
The special meeting was held Wednesday as the FAA deadline for the agreement is December 2nd.
