(Massena) The 6th Annual Massena Chamber of Commerce Lighted Christmas Parade is on Saturday, November 30. Massena City Councilman and Chamber member Doug Venteicher says the theme this year is “Songs of the Season.”
Venteicher says that, as in previous years, floats will line up in front of the school on 6th Street. The “Lighted Parade” starts at 6:00 p.m., with fireworks afterward (courtesy of McCade Morrison of Morrison Seed Company).
He says Santa Claus will appear at the former gas station at 203 Main Street from 5:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. and after the parade at 7:00 p.m.
Venteicher says that in addition to the festivities, a fundraiser meal to support the CAM Cub Daycare will be held at the Massena Community Building.
