(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 21-year-old Mason Dean Franzen, of Red Oak, Friday afternoon for Driving While Barred and Theft 5th Degree. The arrest occurred in the 1000 block of Miller Avenue. Franzen was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $2,000 bond.
