(Red Oak) A Red Oak man and a juvenile were arrested after officers were called to a report of a drug-related overdose on Tuesday.
The Red Oak Police Department says officers were called to the 200 block of N 4th Street. Upon arrival, they located two patients who were tended to by Red Oak Rescue. Officers also located a nine-year-old juvenile female in the home under the supervision of the two individuals. Both individuals were transported to the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital.
After an investigation, officers arrested a 14-year-old for Child Endangerment. Officers also arrested 21-year-old Seth Michael Houser, of Red Oak, for two counts of Child Endangerment and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. Houser was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $2,000 bond. The juvenile was transported to the Juvenile Detention Center.
