(Atlantic) Atlantic Head Boy’s Swimming Coach Cody McCreedy welcomes the 2024-2025 swim to practice on Monday. Coach McCreedy says one of the leading prospects is Keaton Rieken who just missed qualifying for the state meet one year ago.
Hunter Quist is another prospect who has done a lot of offseason work.
Coach McCreedy says the rest of the squad must step up and work hard to fill a couple of relay spots left open by graduation.
Coach McCreedy says the Trojans swim team has a new workout, tool, thanks to grants from the Elks Club and community members. It is called LumaLanes, pacing equipment proven to lower a swimmer’s time.
The Trojans’ first competition will be at the Boone Invitational on December 7.
