(Adair Co) The Adair County Board of Supervisors this (Thursday) afternoon approved an administrative recount of the 5GF Precinct.
Adair County Auditor Mandy Berg said they were made aware of an issue with their tabulator due to a ballot jam in the 5GF precinct on Election Day.
The recount will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 8th. The public is welcome to attend.
Mandy Berg said the 5GF Precinct was also chosen for the random audit, so after the recount they will also do a hand count of the ballots for President, Vice President and County Sheriff.
