(Adair Co) Two people were arrested on OWI and drug charges in Adair County.
Chelsea Michelle Kevan, 32, of Hinckley, Minnesota, was arrested following a traffic stop on Interstate 80 Saturday. Kevan was charged with OWI 2nd Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense, and Child Endangerment. Kevan also had an extraditable warrant out of Colorado for Eluding and Theft. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety on the Iowa charges and $500 cash only on the Colorado warrant.
Francisco Alberto Salazar Barragan, 27, of West Point, Nebraska, was arrested following a traffic stop on I-80 on October 28th. Salazar Barragan was charged with OWI 1st Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety.
In other activity, Janet Pauline Osoro, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was arrested following a traffic stop on I-80 on October 28th. Osora was charged with OWI 1st Offense. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety.
Barrett Martin Driskill, 39, of Des Moines, was arrested October 30th on a warrant for Eluding and Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd or Subsequent Offense. Bond was set at $5,000 cash only.
