(Villisca) Montgomery County Deputies arrest a Villisca woman following a traffic stop on Friday. According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, deputies conducted the stop in the 500 block of East 3rd Avenue in Villisca. During the investigation, authorities arrested 32-year-old Samantha McCuen of Villisca on a charge of OWI 1st Offense. Deputies transported McCuen to the Montgomery County Jail and held her on a $1,000 bond.
