(Council Bluffs) The man convicted of assaulting a former U.S. Arizona Senator in Council Bluffs is set to spend 360 days in jail. Martha McSally says she was running along the Missouri River when a man bear hugged her from behind and molested her. She says she fought the man off and chased him until he hid in a nearby brush. Twenty-six-year-old Dominic Henton will get credit for the almost 90 days he’s spent in jail against his sentence. He’ll also have two years of probation and will register as a sex offender for ten years.
