Funeral services for 86 year old Merry Lee Peterson, of Harlan, Iowa, will be held Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca, Iowa. Family will greet friends on Friday, November 1 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca. A private family burial will be at the Shelby Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband Paul Peterson; children Brenda (Cliff) Marts of Ignacio, CO; Janine (Lavern) Fetzer of Amarillo, TX; David (Tamara) Peterson of Clarinda, IA; and Jean Mills of Shelby, IA; 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; sister Joy (Gerald) Christiansen
