(Des Moines) On Friday, Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds announced Adam Miller’s appointment as a district judge in Judicial District 3A.
Miller, of Cherokee, Iowa, is an attorney at Miller Miller-Miller PC. He received his undergraduate degree from Stephen F Austin State University and his law degree from Texas Wesleyan School of Law.
Miller fills a vacancy created following the retirement of the Hon. Nancy L. Whittenburg. Judicial District 3A includes Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Dickinson, Emmet, Kossuth, Lyon, O’Brien, Osceola, and Palo Alto counties.
