Montgomery County Man Arrested on Multiple Charges

(Red Oak) An Elliott man faces harassment and other charges.

Red Oak Police on Saturday arrested 50-year-old Shannon Ray Porter at 12:10 p.m. in the 400 block of E. Joy Street on charges of third-degree harassment and disorderly conduct. Officers also cited Porter for criminal trespassing. Authorities transported Porter to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $300.00 bond.
