(Red Oak) Red Oak Police on Wednesday arrested 40-year-old Michael Scott Stafford at around 4:25 p.m. in the 200 block of N. 4th Street in Red Oak. Officers transported Stafford to the Montgomery County Jail on two warrants. Authorities held Stafford on a $2,000 bond for each warrant.
