Cass County Sheriff’s Report

(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office released their arrest report from September 13^th through September 25^th.

Alexis Hoyt, 18, of Atlantic, was arrested September 25^th for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense.  Hoyt was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her initial appearance.

Shantell Michaels, 18, of Atlantic, was arrested September 24^th on a warrant for Violation of a No Contact Order.  Michaels was taken to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held until her later release after her initial appearance.

Clara Mohr, 37, of Anita, was arrested September 22^nd on the charge of Domestic Assault.  Mohr was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on bond.

Darren Brooks, 56, of Prescott, was arrested September 21^st on the charge of Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense.  Brooks was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.

Michael Johnson, 19, of Red Oak, was arrested September 18^th on a warrant for Violation of Probation.  Johnson was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.

Korey Parrott, 22, of Atlantic, was arrested September 14^th on the charge of Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense.  Parrott was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.

Chase Holmes, 26, of Griswold, was arrested September 14^th on the charge of Violation of the Sex Offender Registry and Violation of Probation.  Holmes was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.

Michelle Schroder, 39, of Atlantic, was arrested September 14^th on the charge of Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense.  Schroder was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on her own recognizance.

Matthew Steffens, 44, of Atlantic, was arrested September 14^th on the charge of Driving While Revoked.  Steffens was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.

Misty Rhodes, 44, of Atlantic, was arrested September 13^th on a warrant for another jurisdiction.  Rhodes was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on bond.

All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
