(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 18 year old Quinn Nadine McDonald, of Emerson, in the 100 block of W Coolbaugh Street this (Wednesday) morning for Simple Assault. McDonald was taken to the Montgomery County Jail where she was held on $300 bond.
