(Creston) A Creston man faces many charges following his arrest on Friday afternoon.
Creston Police arrested 30-year-old Patrick Riley Iliams at Sycamore/Montgomery St. Iiams for Disorderly Conduct, Assault on Persons in a Certain Occupation with intent of injury, Criminal Mischief 2nd, Interference with official acts – Inflict Serious Injury, Possession of Controlled substance Marijuana 1st, Possess Drug Paraphernalia, Assault on Persons in Certain Occupation – No Injury, and Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Offense. Iiams was taken to the Union County jail on a bond of $19,000.
Police conducted two more arrests on Saturday and one arrest early this morning.
Officers arrested 32-year-old Curtis Alan Nish of Creston on Saturday at 302 N Pine Street for OWI – 1st Offense and Carry Weapon – While Intoxicated (OWI). Nish was later released on his recognizance.
Police on Sunday arrested 42-year-old Scott W Lemon, of Creston, at 601 S Cherry St., on a Union County Warrant for a Probation Violation. Lemon was taken to the Union County Jail and held on no bond.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 42-year-old Mika Marie Luddington, 42, of Creston, at 302 N Pine St., for OWI – 2nd Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Luddington was taken to the Union County Jail, where she later posted the $2,300 bond and was released.
