(Des Moines) The Iowa Supreme Court has ruled that three Libertarian candidates for Congress will not be on the November ballot. This is due to procedural errors in their nomination process. The court upheld a state panel’s decision, stating that strict compliance with election laws is required. The candidates, Nicholas Gluba, Marco Battaglia, and Charles Aldrich, plan to campaign as write-in candidates.
