(Creston) Creston Police report seven arrests over the weekend: three on August 31 and four on Sunday, September 1.
On August 31:
*Creston Police arrested 32-year-old William Darius Bell, of Creston, at 611 W. Adams Street for Domestic Abuse Assault. Bell was taken to the Union County Jail. He was released on his recognizance.
*Creston Police arrested 18-year-old Tanner Dale Horacek of Creston at Adams and Maple. Horacek was charged with Minor in Possession of Alcohol. Horacek was cited and released on a promise to appear.
*Creston Police arrested 46-year-old Brian Wayne Zimmerman of Creston at Spruce and Adams for OWI-1st Offense. Zimmerman was taken to the Union County Jail and released on a $1,000 bond.
*Creston Police arrested 18-year-old Liliana Aguilar Preciado of Mount Ayr at Highway 34 and Iris. Preciado was charged with Driving while Suspended. Preciado was cited and released on a promise to appear.
On September 1:
*Creston Police arrested 34-year-old Thomas Legrand Wiggins of Greenfield at Elm and Montgomery. Wiggins was charged with Driving While Barred. Wiggins was taken to the Union County jail, where he posted a $2,000 bond.
*Creston Police arrested 41-year-old Ryan Lee Woosley of Creston at 102 W. Taylor. Woosley was charged with Driving While Barred. Officers transported Woosley to the Union County Jail, where he posted a $1,000 bond.
*Creston Police arrested 31-year-old Geronimo Romeo Gonzalez Hernandez of Osceola at 102 W Taylor Street for OWI – 1st Offense. Hernandez was taken to the Union County Jail, where he posted a $2,000 bond.
