(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 38-year-old Sara Sue Batten, of Red Oak, this (Thursday) morning for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Batten was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where she was held on $1,000 bond.
