(Mills Co) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports five arrests.
Candice Marie Armstrong, 74, of Glenwood, was arrested August 20th on a warrant for Stalking and Harassment. Bond was set at $10,000.
Randall Dean Herring, 64, of Council Bluffs, was arrested August 21st on a warrant for Failure to Appear. Bond was set at $2,000.
Deonte Levon Manuel, 37, of Bellevue, Nebraska, was arrested August 22nd for OWI 1st. Bond was set at $1,000.
Justin Lee Parson, 37, of Pacific Junction, was arrested August 24th on a warrant for Probation Violation. Parson was held on no bond.
Angela Rose McKinley, 37, of York, Nebraska, was arrested August 25th for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $300.
