(Winterset) A Winterset man who had been missing for months has been found dead. The Winterset Police Department says officers conducted a welfare check on Joshua Graham-Caskey on January 18th. Graham-Caskey wasn’t home when officers arrived and had been missing since. The Howard County Sheriff’s Office in Arkansas contacted Winterset Police on Tuesday, saying a vehicle was found submerged in a lake and was confirmed to be Graham-Caskey’s. His body was found inside. Foul play is not suspected, and his death remains under investigation.
