In addition, the pipeline company or pipeline contractors shall provide Montgomery County the following records; construction schedules, alignment sheets, project route, right of way limits, project specifications, procedural manuals, lists of affected persons, independent landowner agreements, topsoil survey depth results, any tile maps received from the landowner and any other documentation pertinent to the construction of the pipeline in Montgomery County.
With the mainline and Expansion project, Summit proposes constructing and operating 42.14 miles of hazardous liquid pipeline in Montgomery County. Public records show that the IUC granted Summit’s request to hold an informational meeting in Montgomery County in Red Oak on August 27.
