(Atlantic, IA) — Its the final weekend off for the Atlantic football team, practice starts on Monday as the Trojans prepare for a Week Zero game on August 23.
The Trojans will be in the same district as last year — 3A District 6 with Creston, Harlan, Knoxville, Nevada and Perry. Atlantic Head Coach Joe Brummer breaks down each team coming into the 2024 season
Atlantic opens against 4A Council Bluffs Thomas Jefferson at home on August 23. That will be followed by non district games hosting Clarke, at Glenwood, hosting Greene County, then visiting Winterset.
