(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 35-year-old Kristin Kay Harrold of Red Oak on Wednesday on one count of Public Intoxication and one count of Simple Assault, first offense. Police transported Harrold to the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Center on a $300.00 bond.
