(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 45-year-old Heidi Ann Divis, of Red Oak, this (Monday) morning on an active warrant for the original charge of Criminal Mischief 5th Degree. Divis was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where she was held on $300 bond.
