(Fort Dodge, IA) – A tragic incident at a Fort Dodge park claimed the life of a 16-year-old girl and led to another teenage girl being airlifted to a hospital in Des Moines.
The crash involved a single vehicle, a Chevy Malibu, which the driver lost control of, causing it to collide with a tree. A third passenger received treatment at the scene and was later released. The Iowa State Patrol is currently investigating the crash, and there has been no update on the condition of the hospitalized driver.
