(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested two men on alcohol-related charges over the weekend. Police arrested 21-year-old Jose Hunter Portales of Red Oak on Sunday in the 1400 block of N. 4th Street for OWI, 1st Offense. Officers transported Portales to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $1,000 bond. In a separate case, Red Oak Police arrested 40-year-old Michael Scott Stafford of Red Oak in the 600 block of N. 5th Street for OWI, 2nd Offense. Police transported him to the Montgomery County JailĀ and held him on a $2,000 bond.
